I’ve had the pleasure to serve as a customer for Gibraltar Technologies over the past one year. We were having difficulties with computerization, integration, and networking of our medical practice. From the first day that I shook hands with Tom Hogue, I had a feeling of confidence that these problems would be minimized. Within two to three months, he had our office back in tip-top shape. We had very few problems with computerization and networking since Gibraltar Technologies started.
From a personal standpoint, Tom Hogue is a clear thinking, understanding, and excellent director of this information technology business. When he gives you the promise that he will fix a problem, it happens, and usually, within a few days. He answers calls right away and always investigates for a solution to the problem.
