In my experience, often the “sales pitch” for IT consulting firms sets a fairly high expectation level. From that point, realizing the promise of delivering those results becomes a challenge for both the consultant as well as the client.
Early on, Michael McCain listened well. He guided us through the possibilities while preventing us from losing focus, thereby helping us to prioritize our challenges. As a consequence we have hit the ground running, and truly look forward to taking on new projects.
Michael and the Gibraltar Technologies team clearly have figured out what it takes to provide the customer with great service. The technology staff genuinely seems to enjoy what they do – a testimony to the organization’s desire to hire not only the best talent, but the “right” talent. Make no mistake about it … this is a tough business. But the camaraderie of the group is conspicuous and contagious. It’s a business model that is often desired but hard to create.
While I’m certain that there may be a time when an expectation may not be fulfilled, I’m confident that the collective hearts and heads of the Gibraltar Technologies team members are in the right place.
