I would like to commend Bill Slaymaker for all his expert advice and the attention he has given to Northern Ophthalmic. It is refreshing to see such a dedicated individual who has kept us calm and has been very reassuring during a very stressful time. I recall Bill returning calls even on his own vacation time. You don’t hear of that kind of dedication to a job as frequently as you should.
Also, your technicians were extremely professoinal and polite at all times. Dustin was with us most of the time and he was always above reproach and never interfered with our daily activities.
Thank you and I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship with a great group of people.
